His holistic approach and hands on manual therapy techniques mastered over many years has helped his patients recover and feel long lasting relief. James is a true believer in empowering his patients to take control of their condition/injury and life.

James grew up in the North shore and lives locally. He firmly believes being part of the community is an essential part of Physio Room's existence. James was a competitive athlete growing up having rowed and played Rugby Union at a representative level playing for Sydney University whilst completing his University studies.
