Q: CAN I CLAIM YOUR SERVICES ON MY HEALTH INSURANCE?
A: We have a HICAPS terminal which allows on the spot claims through your Health Insurance cover. You will need to check with your insurance company whether they cover Physiotherapy.
Q: DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL?
A: No, you don't need a Doctor's referral to see a Physiotherapist. You are able to make an appointment directly with us without a referral from you Doctor.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
A: Suitable attire including a pair of comfortable shorts and a t-shirt, Health Insurance card, Doctor's referral (if you have one), any diagnostic tests or imaging results and reports (such as MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, CT scan).
Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENT?
A: A standard appointment is 30 minutes in duration unless it is an extended consultation or a Pilates group class. Refer to our PRICING page for more information.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT WORKCOVER/ CTP CLAIMS?
A: We are WorkCover accredited and we accept CTP claims. Please ensure you bring all the relevant paperwork and your claim number with you if you would like to process your claim through WorkCover/CTP.
Q: DO YOU TAKE ON NDIS CLIENTS?
A: Whilst we are able to provide physiotherapy services to NDIS participant clients, we are currently not taking on any more NDIS clients. When capacity frees up, we will update our website.
